The spirit of Masskara Festival reflects the happiness of every Filipino. A native festival held every third week of October in Bacolod City, Philippines.
What I can say about this festival is that it can be celebrated by everybody from all around the world. Even if you’re not present, you can still celebrate by smiling every day. As the dancers do their thing in the middle of the street, the crowd dances along to the beat wearing their own masks, happy and enjoying the festival.
